Hope Mennonite Church invites broad participation in leadership. We employ a pastor who ministers to the congregation on a part-time basis. Steering Committee oversees the broad direction of the church and financial matters, and conducts periodic congregational meetings. Worship Committee plans for Sunday services throughout the year by identifying themes and finding volunteers to lead various aspects of the worship experience. Welcome Committee guides the congregation on its journey toward more understanding and inclusion of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered Christians. Numerous other individuals and teams volunteer to address the congregation’s needs regarding Children’s Education, fellowship events, pastor-congregation relations, and representation to related agencies.
